The standard kirjakieli form is "mitä vain", but it does often become "mitä vaan" in spoken language. "Mitä tahansa" means the same. And you often see "ihan" as an intensifier.

"Kysy mitä vain/vaan/tahansa, me vastaamme!" ("Ask us anything, we'll answer you!")
"Heidän lapsensa saa tehdä ihan mitä vain/vaan/tahansa." ("Their child is allowed to do anything!")
"Mä teen ihan mitä vaan, menen ihan mihin vaan...."
