c/o = ℅ = care of. Used eg. when John Smith needs to get mail and he is couch surfing in apartment of Matti Meikäläinen. Post is delivered to Matti M who takes care that the mail gets to John S. Mailman can decide that John's mail shouldn't end up in Matti's mailbox unless he is told to do so with c/o marking.

If the delivery address information does not include the staircase letter or a combination of house number and staircase letter, the abbreviation ‘as.’ (for ‘asunto’) shall be added in front of the number for Finnish addresses and ‘bst.’ for Swedish addresses (for ‘bostad’). (bostad).

c/o = “(in?) care of”
bst. = bostad (“apartment” in Swedish)
