Finnish courses in sörnäinen (Hki) - opinions?

Hi,
Has anyone taken the Finnish language classes provided by Scadaa ry in Sörnäinen? Any comments, experiences?

I went there one after seeing a few ads on Facebook claiming that the courses are for free. Turned out the course is 'free', but they demand students to pay 50 euro called 'materials fee'. It was to fishy to me, so I never came back.
