Finnish DVDs with English subtitles

Hi guys,

I live in the UK with a Finnish girlfriend and I am trying to learn Finnish. We have many books which are good but I would like to have some other methods of learning -especially hearing the language. Last time we were in Finland we picked up some DVDs in Finnish with English subtitles. I know these aren't too easy to find but I was wonderining if anyone knows of any Finnish DVDs with English subtitles that I could import. Preferably television series. If anyone has any to sell I would be more than happy to purchase them and pay for postage!

These sites appear to offer unofficial English subtitles for many Finnish movies:

You need a DVD rip or an unofficial copy of the movie and a video player which can display the subtitles synchronized to the movie (such as VLC.) As for how to find the Finnish movie titles worth searching subtitles for in the first place, consult Finnish movie review sites, maybe with some help from your girlfriend:

YouTube also has some material, such as the fansubbed "Pasila" adult cartoon about a dysfunctional police precinct in Helsinki:
