Job Description:
We are looking for pro-active and energetic fluent English/Dutch/Flemish/German speakers to part-time project assistant positions to our office in Helsinki. This position is suitable for those natives or near natives living in the Helsinki area either temporarily or permanently.
In this position, you will support our international operations by updating and maintaining delegate databases, assisting in reporting and helping with other related tasks. The work takes place on the phone and computer with flexible working hours between 9 am - 6 pm on week days, two to three days per week. Work is hourly paid.
Requirements:
Successful candidates speak fluently any of the specified languages, have a strong telephone voice and good excel skills. You are a confident communicator on the phone and see yourself fit into our dynamic, youthful and internationally growing company.
