Would you like to meet Finnish friends?
A very good explanation ! I did not know that you are working as an au-pair.jazzori wrote:Cause way/return costs me about 30 e. And since i don't have a place to sleep there over the weekend anymore, it's not really worth it. Au-pairs don't have salaries, have *pocket money*, so you can imagine how much that money could be

Language Exchange
Just wonder if anyone is interested in language exchange: Finnish/Mandarin or Swedish/Mandarin or Norwegian/Mandarin or German/Mandarin or French/Mandarin.
Mandarin is my mother tongue. I can speak fluent English and fair Swedish. No promotion of religious faiths in the language exchange, please. Interested? Pls send me a private message.

Re: Would you like to meet Finnish friends?
Hi people there. If there is somebody to give a little help i'll apreciate it very much. Please visit this part of my site to see the informations and you will understand: http://www.hellasforever.gr/tuulamakela.html
From 1992 i'm trying to find a lost friend but i cannot. Is there any office in Finland that i can use it. Or any very known Finnish web site to put a message about her?
Red Cross they will laugh if i'll make a question. They do not care except if you are a victim of war or something like that.
Thanks a lot and have a nice day to all of you. John.

Re: Would you like to meet Finnish friends?
Hello,
This Topic looks quit old... Anyway Im just gonna write here, and see what's gonna happen..
My name is Adnan.. I have been living in Jyväskyla for 4 months now, I still don't know anybody here. This country is different I lived in Spain, France, I also spent a short time in Uk, people are soooo friendly and nice everywhere, I lived all my life around friends and family but here it's so freaking impossible to make friends, people are so unfriendly and unsocial. I just can't understand why.
Most of finns speak English I don't think it's the language problem, maybe they are shy..
the only thing that could make them talk is couple of beers
, but in the morning if u meet them again I can assure you that they would not say more than Moro.
I don't speak Finnish really well too but I try to speak with them anyway that how people learn right?
anyway I would like to meet people. Iam very social I like photography I go for trips from time to time.. I like to go out too, there is some really cool bars and clubs here... but without any company it just sucks !
