can not get married if you are unemployed?

Hello,
if someone (non european) with PRP want to marry a non european, but he is unemployed, only get Kela money, so he can not get married? is it true?
does same rule apply for Finn?
(there is 900e/person or 1350e/2 person income required.)
if 2 people get married in Finland, then apply for RP, does tihs way make any different?
how can these 2 get married, and living in Finland?

You can get married here or elsewhere. For getting a residence permit for the spouse, you'd need to be a citizen, refugee or other "humanitarian" case or then have the required income level to support you two.

how can these 2 get married, and living in Finland?

Get a job or pass the language test for citizenship...?

Yes,i read the link. i found out that it mentioned income if not required if you are Finn, or "other close relative of a Finnish citizen".
anyone know how close the relative has to be?
is brother or sister close enough?

forget about it. i have, but my girl friend has not relative in Finland. she need RP after married.

In your situation it is probably: " no income = no RP for your wife".
Only way to solve it is to get a job.
