ICEC in Niitykumppu has a "tiddler" section for under 2's. Might be an option for you. Their website: http://www.play-learn.fi

I would recommend the English speaking "Ullanlinna School" near Kaivopuisto.

Last Aug. when I planned to send my 14 months daughter to ICEC in Niitykumpu, the teacher told me that the youngest baby in their history is 9 months.
But you may have to be on the waiting list for a very long time, like more than half a year or even longer. At that time, your baby is more than 1 and a half year.....

ICEC has expanded their toddler area now so they do have more places. No idea about their waiting list at the moment though :)
