Salary, practising under a licensed physician

Hi,
Could anybody give an idea, what could be the probable salary if one ( have degree in medicine, No license in Finland yet) works/practice under a licensed doctor in a hospital ?

Masters degree?

How is anyone supposed to know... there are various fields of medicine. So you would be self-employed or not?

My cousin did his M.D form outside Finland. The difference is, as he dont have M.D form here he has to achieve license first to practise in finland independently. Before getting a lisence one can practice under a licensed doctor in a Hospital .
