I already dislike your attitude, and instead will just tell you that you need to get over yourself. If you don't like the country, leave.
I've only had positive customer service experiences in Finland!! I keep hearing about how it is bad but haven't seen it myself. IMO it's superior to UK customer service but maybe that isn't saying much.
deal with issues in English, as foreigners get better service

Get a really lousy meal in Finland - one they even acknowledge because it is a new cook whatever - and you will be offered a 'free' cup of coffee (coffee which has usually been on the hot pan for hour(s) to boot). Only now are they starting to come around on that one - but it takes a lot of persistence on part of the customer.

Good thing you bailed out and went to Australia - we've got a pretty fine place here and work on fixing things so they're better.
SHEESH - try to get a life and spend time on things a bit closer to you - good thing we didn't end up with colonies on the moon - you'd be on their forums wasting time.
frankb wrote:Glad you found a BH phone number.
No sensible person spends gas and time to drive 60 km to find out if the store has beige tiles in stock.
You should be out digging in your backyard for minerals to ship to China - like all good patriotic Australians.
