Obviously this is Finland so the customer service bar is very low. However, at some point even the low expectations are not met and you start to think this must be violating some consumer rights. Is there anything I can do?
Basically a company taking an unreasonable amount of time over a task and failing to inform me of the lack of progress or the reasons behind the lack of progress. The result is inconvenience to me, but not any significant costs.
Do i just have to take it or is there anything I can do or threaten them with?
Obviously I have already been involved in (heated) discussions with them and tried all I can to get my job done.
