Finnish word for bran & wheatgerm??

Postby hayg » Wed May 09, 2012 7:17 pm

Hi,

I'm going to make brown bread and need to buy some bran and wheatgerm. Does anyone know the Finnish words for these? Google translate suggests leseet for bran and vehnänalkioöljy for wheatgerm. However, I don't trust it 100% for translations.

Thanks

Silly me - I had checked that site but just the bread section! It is a very useful site.

Thanks, Rosamunda!
