Are U. of Helsinki language classes cancelled this week?

Are University of Helsinki language classes cancelled this week (April 5th - 9th) or is it next week??

Don't know actually. Could you check the website or call your instructor to see if you still have class? Maybe it depends on the instructor and day of the week you have class.

I am doing Suomi 1 + 2 at the University of Helsinki and the Finnish class I am in has lessons up until (and including) Wednesday this week. Next week we have our first class on Thursday. My guess is that your classes will end and resume around the same time.

Hmmm....my classes are on Mon & Wed. Wednesday is a church holiday, and so is Monday. So maybe I have those days off? But I thought the days we had off were in a row, like Monday & Wed of the same week.

Possibly best to check with your tutor or call the Uni. The days off are in a row - I normally have lessons Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and so have my last lesson before Easter this Wednesday and the first after Easter on Thursday (15th).
So that is Monday and Wednesday of the same week....

April 8-14 is the Easter vacation at the U. of Helsinki.

I'm in the Monday & Wednesday class and it's my understanding our next class is Monday the 19th.
