Hello , I am 21 years old guy from Syria , studying 4th year english literature ,
I met a girl in Turkey who is 64 and she is from Finland and willing to marry her , anyways ,
is it possible to get marriage visa with this marriage ? or it will be considered a fraud

Are you sure she's telling you her true age?

If you're not careful, she could be 74 or 84, and people might consider that strange.

In any case, I'm confident the immigration authorities will acknowledge this as two people genuinely and sincerely trying to get around immigration requirements.

It sounds very romantic and credible... But if it is possible to import Thai brides here for often quite aged specimens of the mighty Finnish manhood, why not, er, fresh talent for aged Finnish women too?

why do you want to come to finland? to become a prisoner in a pizza shop?

Let me guess... she is asking you to pay her $3000 so she can send you the invitation papers so you can come to Finland to marry her? Sounds like you are getting scammed. Are you sure she even was from Finland? My guess is that after the $3000 she will send the invitation asap, but first you need to send her some more money as there are additional expenses that needs to be payed. And some more expenses that she needs money for... and more... and more excuses for why she hasn't sent you the invitation yet.

yeah she said so , 3000$ maybe because she want this acount for her self, because she is getting me to finland
and letting me live in her house for the whole time till I get the nationality . I will tell her it is not true the 3000$ thing

Thing are not as easy as you think they are. There's a long, long way to nationality, and what you will do with the nationality papers if you don't have any career or anything in your life?
Like everyone else has suggested you that this is not going to work. If you want to study in Finland, arrange money for the living expenses (around 6000€), and apply for study place. If you get accepted, apply for the residence permit based on studies.
Please do not waste your time and hard earned money in such scams.
