Dieticians/fitness/running instructors in Helsinki?

Does anyone know of any dieticians/fitness/running instructors in Helsinki? I am looking for a few sessions to help with my marathon run preparations. Any help would be gratefully received;)

Every case is unique. You can't measure the result of your application based on arbitrary anecdotes online.
