Air ticket Reservation for Traveling visa to Finland

Hello everybody

Does anybody know the air ticket reservation for traveling visa to Finland. My one friend will coming to Finland for visit from Japan. For traveling visa application. He needs reservation of ticket paper.How and where from he will get it. From which airlines and companies?

How much he should pay for it?

If he needs an air ticket reservation he can get that from an airline that sells Japan-Finland flight tickets, direct or with stop at somewhere (if the stop is outside Schengen he might need and additional visa for that). Code sharing Finnair and JAL should sell direct flights.

I don't really understand the question either.
