Residence permit B to A

Hi there fellows,
I have a question regarding residence permit. So I am non Eu student with a B permit, working part time job in small company for flat renovation and the company wants to offer me full time job. What is the best solution, how to change RP, is there any required conditions to change RP(salary, working hours, etc ) ?

Try to get a full time permanent contract and you will get A permit.

I am interested in information regarding full time contract (wage, contract duration ) . There must be some rules that need to be satisfied in order to get RP A.

Enough money to live on. Your permit will be for the duration of contract. Or for one then for four years. migri.fi might be good read for you... maybe the pages about working in Finland.
