Now my question is , has anyone of you have got any letter like this one when they started processing the application ??? Because is totally weird
Based on what she said, I'd guess that everyone get a letter like that.

Most people get those letters. Based on guidelines used by Migri for processing, if the case officer isn't satisfied that your situation has remained the same since applying, they should ask about documentation for the applicant's situation between the time the application was made and the time that the processing has started.

Not everybody gets these requests, but a lot of people do. It's normal. Nothing weird.
Every case is unique. You can't measure the result of your application based on arbitrary anecdotes online.

Apply for residence permit based on work: www.migri.fi
Just remember that you have to earn at least 1000€/month.

I heard from many people that Migri and Finnish authorities really provide very little information for asylum seekers wishing to have their residency based on work, which doesn't make sense to me since they should actually be encouraging that. But hey, bureaucracy!

Anyway, don't worry, like Upphew said, go to Migri website. Specifically start with this page http://www.migri.fi/residence_permits
Read EVERYTHING about the work permit, apply online and try to pay online (ask for help from somebody who has online banking access if you don't), and then book an appointment, go and present your papers and passport. It will take a few months, but meanwhile you can start work immediately (if you have the asylum seeker work permission paper), and then wait patiently for the decision. All of that information is on the website.

Good luck, and good on you for taking initiative like this!
