Period of residence requirement

Hi,

I came from a non-EU country and lives in Finland with a Permanent residence permit.

I have passed the YKI test and start to think of apply for the citizenship.
Is it enough, that I am living in Finland in the past 4 years without break, since I have Finnish language skills?

I have been told that language skills and employment can be considered as "strong ties" when you want to apply in 4 years.
