I just noticed that yesterday I got SMS message saying:
Asiointitilillesi on saapunut uusi täydennyspyyntö. Vastaathan täydennyspyyntöön viimeistään 24.09.2023. Ystävällisin terveisin Maahanmuuttovirasto
So they want me to add additional information to my application. Except when I log into Migri it keeps telling me:
Operation ended in error! You can try again later. If problem persists, please, report it to web site support by e-mail [email protected].
...

How am I going to be able to sleep tonight you Migri clowns...

Suomi.fi doesn't have any update on my citizenship but my heart stopped for 30 full seconds.

I got an SMS, no email or nothing else. I can't even see my diary number or application status on enterfinland.fi either. So I can't check or do anything.
What if I had changed my number? I wouldn't even know that I only had 12 days to give them the information they want.

Does it work for anyone else? It seems Migri is having problems all the time lately.

My spouse has a similar kind of error on Enterfinland. We basically can't create any application, and no input from our end to the Migri team via the Enterfinland portal will go through.

We raised the issue last month, but there has been no solution until now.

My spouse wants to create and fill up a permanent residence permit application.

Try to contact them via secure email and ask for the details in order to reply to the supplement request.

All the best, buddy!

Satge 2 : 31.8.2023;

Is your application at the stage 2 now?
Or information request came while it's still at the stage 1? That would be quite unexpected

Congrats. Another mega short 4 month process this year. I really wish they'd give those of us whom applied in 2022 and 2021 the same treatment.
I also checked Suomi.fi but my original citizenship still stands. So I need to provide whatever it is that they are asking for. Hopefully as soon as I do that, the application can be decided on just immediately/within 30 minutes like it usually takes everyone else.

I'm guessing that it's more salary slips because I haven't sent any since I made my application. I have them all but I didn't bother sending them every single month. Can't imagine what else it can be. You'd think that between them having ALL of my information, my tax records, copy of my passport, residence permit, no criminal history etc. + me having the YKI-test certificate + everything else. That they shouldn't need !"#¤% from me to approve the application.

I have no idea at all. I just got a generic text message that I copy-pasted above. It doesn't say what info they want. I also cannot see the status of the application and Enterfinland.fi still has login issues. Kamu still works but it's completely useless and can only tell me my queue number which doesn't mean anything. I am hoping it is at least stage 2, surely it has to be if they are asking me anything.

Furthermore, I emailed Migri to 3 different places and I got read receipts enabled, so I got 2 emails back that they had opened my email twice. Yet no replies yet at all. So basically I will sit back and wait another day or so. Hopefully they fix this asap. But their technical page says they are having a lot of problems.

€450 per application in 2023 and their service is still this bad.

Sending salary slips are no longer necessary, since this year Migri can access the data directly in the Incomes Register.

Congratulations!!! Make sure you celebrate!

I'm at around 30xx in the queue and still waiting for processing after more than 12 months (non-EU country with trustworthy ID documents).

Indeed, just checked, can't log in. Wonder if migri's been hacked  ?

Request could be about travel outside Finland; they obviously have all your salary information...

Yeah I have no idea. If they've been hacked I hope people form a class-action suit and sue them. In any case. If it's about travel, that's not going to be much of a problem. Do you think they'd ask me for every trip I've taken since I lodged my application or just in the last few months?

The problem I'm thinking is that I travel overseas for work. Sometimes dozens of times per month. It would be an extreme hassle to have to provide a copy of everything in the last almost 20 months.

Hi,

I have the same problem with enterfinland website. I cannot log in to see my information too T_T
As they requested you update your information in 12 days and you still cannot log in the system, I suggest you should call this number to ask 029 579 0604 ( this number for handle Citizenship matters), call until they pick it up. Another solution is you can go to the service point in early morning ( by taking the queue number from the machine) because your situation is emergency!!! I hope these are help!!

I agree, it will be a hassle if you have to provide information on all your overseas trips for work purposes. However, given that the trips were for work, the volume of travel isn't likely to raise eyebrows. Does your employer have some sort of agenda/planner that records all of those trips? A simple list of dates (date of departure/date of return/purpose) will suffice for migri's purposes, if ever their website gets back up and running   .
