Ciao, You just need to go to register your address in Finland in the police.

The police does not do address registrations.

I didn't mean they literally "register your address." What they register is your change of location (address) from living in Italy to living in Finland.

They don’t do that either. You need to register your address with DVV and your right of residence with Migri.
