Hi everyone,
I’m current holding visa A and it will expire in 08/2024. Till now, I have been in Finland for 4 years with visia B (student visa) and 3 years with visa A. Heard 2 years of B count as 1 year for citizenship – wondering if it applies to permanent resident permits too. Planning to apply in November. Any knows about this ? Thanks!

You can apply 3 months before you fulfill the 4 year requirement.
