getting FIRED for a drunken speech incident

How would it proceed in a situation like this.

The scenario.

You get a job offer.
You start working.
The employer commends you constantly about your excellece at the work place and how happy they are with YOU and that they want to keep you there for as long as possible..

Then on the 6th day you get slightly drunk at night after work at the living place and say some stupid sexually explicit thing to one of the younger workers - and then get FIRED the next morning.

In this scenario the workplace and living place are separate.
And the speech incident happened at the living place.

i.e It has nothing to do with the workplace AND it is also after the working day e.g at night when everyone is relaxing.

How can you get FIRED for that.
And is there some kind of LAW in Finland where it says that.

During your trial period, you can get fired without an explicit reason.
And sexually inappropriate behaviour can also be a reason for dismissal in normal situations.

During the trial period the bar is very low to fire someone. The reason in your case could be that you don’t fit in the work culture environment.

So would the employer be obliged to give the employee a letter of termination
for example to apply for unemployment benefits or is that not formally necessary within the trial period?

Because Kela is always asking alot of questions and paperwork.

Even if the relationship ended in the trial period they have to give you a “työtodistus” by law.
