Applied for cohabiting partner family ties RP based on pregnancy weighty reason

I went to Finland from the US this January to be with my long distance girlfriend of one year and three months. We were looking to get married and then apply for the spouse of a finnish citizen RP but due to some complications we could not make it in time with the DVV examination of no impediments process to marry before my legal 90/180 schengen days would have ran out. When I had around 5 schengen days left, we took a romantic trip to a non schengen EU country called Bosnia and Herzegovina. We found out that she became pregnant during this trip, and when we returned to finland on my remaining schengen days, we applied for the cohabiting partner family ties RP, but as we have not cohabitated together for 2 years or more, it was filed under weighty reasons of pregnancy and being engaged/soon to marry in weeks. "you may give us reasons why you think you should get a residence permit although you have not lived together with your cohabiting partner for two years. A weighty reason could for example be pregnancy" (https://migri.fi/en/cohabiting-partner- ... sh-citizen). However, the RP application was paid for and submitted electronically through EnterFinland on my last valid schengen day in the country, so I was not able to visit a Migri service point appointment to provide biometrics before my legal schengen 90/180 days ran out, and the Migri workers over the phone suggested to apply for the cohabiting partner family ties RP (based on weighty reason of pregnancy+fiancee) and to get married+provide the marriage certificate BEFORE the migri service point appointment so that it could be counted and looked at as a spouse of a finnish citizenship basis application instead, but I have seen conflicting info about whether my legal right to stay while my RP is pending starts from the moment it is submitted through enterfinland, or if it is from the point of the first migri service point appointment. There has also been a medical abortion done since then due to complications of the pregnancy relating to my partners chronic illnesses, and I am afraid that my current grounds for the RP is no longer valid as we are not yet married, and I am not sure if my status would then be legal. Should I apply for a new spouse of a finnish citizen RP after we are married in the coming weeks, or just add the marriage certificate as a file to the original cohabiting partners RP with weighty reason of pregnancy RP submission?
