Hello, everyone. I just spent two weeks in Finland and absolutely loved it. I’m going back in December for a longer stay, and I decided to make the attempt at learning some Finnish. A professor at a local university that taught Finnish recommended:
Fred Karlsson: Finnish, an Essential Grammar
Maija-Hellikki Aaltio: Finnish for Foreigners 1
Leila White: From Start to Finnish
I was able to find Karlsson on Amazon (and noticed neil’s link!) but I can not find a place to purchase Aaltio or White anywhere. Does anyone have any idea on where to find these two resources, or any recommendations for substitutes?
Kiitos!

i can give you the ISBN number for Leila White's From Start to Finnish
its: 951-792-039-3
it might help, bookstores tend to use isbn numbers over titles and authors because it's too easy to misspell... so just try your local (better) bookstore and see if they can order it.
