Freelancing as a student in Finland

I am a second year Masters student from a non-EU country. I have found an online teaching job in Germany, but they require a FREELANCER AUTHORIZATION to finalise my contract.

Could you please expalin what should I do in this case?

Get a business id by filing a startup notification to Vero (trade register is optional).
