EU Long Term Residence Permit - UVI form updated

Since there were already some threads about this topic...

I just noticed that UVI's residence permit application form UVI 101 has been updated:

Now there is a checkbox to apply for an:

"EC residence permit for a third-country national with long term EC resident status".

I didn't find any clear eligibility requirements though...

Thanks for the info!

I checked the new form to see the new option for the job-seeking permit for graduated students, but I didn't notice the new addition for the EC residence permit.

sy, I guess so you would be granted the EC long term resident permit soon? If I remember correctly, you applied directly to the Interior Ministry. Have you heard from them lately?

I read through the new form, but could not find the requirements either. Unless, i.e. the requirements are exactly as dervied from the EC Directive. Five years - was it?

Any idea how long they would take to process the application? Another *few* months?
