What is the period measuring? Week, month, term or study year?
Sorry, no idea... hmm come to think of it I don't even know whether (and how) Big Brother is supposed to know the amount of hours you're working let's say per week... erm...

Does anybody know can I work full time while my application for working residence permit is considered by the authorities?

Why yes, because you are in your home country waiting for it.

Unless you're in between limbo of a student permit... It says in the small print of the aliens act when the working permission carries over, basically reads on your passport if you're allowed to work or not.
Cheers, Hank W.

If you do happen to find yourself over the 25 hrs/wk, it's probably best not to hold your hand up and go telling the authorities about it.

Thankfully, there are 'plans' to remove this 25 hour cap for international students.
