How to make frienship or date a Finnish girl

Hi all

I am an international student at TKK in Espoo. I am new here in Finland.I would like to get to know Finnish girls. Why girl ?
Because I am straight man and I wanna make friendship or date a Finnish girl

. Why Finnish girl? If I wanna know the country and the culture here better , Finnish girls are the best teachers, not a foreigner like me

. I guess, every girl is different but still there will be many common features.
So, I would like to know stuffs like : what they like, do they like foreign persons, nice or tough guys, what do they expect from friendship, what do they expect from a foreign person, what kind of places do they like to date ( movies, night clubs, or just Coffee shop), what is important to them in a relationship,what they expect from a relationship, are they faithful in a relationship. Many people say, there are no rules , I also think like that but there are many things which one should avoid.

I would really appreciate true and helping information to get the rough idea. Please look at the topic before you answer.

1. Go out. Try to go to a place where finnish girls might want to be, like a bar or a club.

2. Look around and try to spot some Finnish girl eager to talk. There's always a few in most bars downtown.

3. Say, "Hi, I am new to Finland and I am very curious about Finnish people. Can I make you a few questions?" and proceed to question her about the same subjects you're asking this board. You might not get very good answers, not as good as you'd get from this bb, but hey, you're making friends and getting somewhere.

That's all you need to know. Really.

If you are not experienced he most difficult thing would be start an interaction. But you just need to start.Start talking as suggested above. Don't be shy be brave and don't hesitate to start a conversation. Once you have started then things will procede automatically. Don't be too fast and don't jump on them too much but don't be too slow either. Remember that if some tries to avoid you and doesn't reply in proper way don't waste your time own her. But don't leave after one sentence, try to talk for some minutes before making your opinion. If you are a student then just look around and invite them to your home for a cup of tea. Everybody knows what an invitation to a girl for a cup of tea means. And if you are not successful with the girls around you at your school then go to a disco or bar and take the most interactive girl to your home and show her your powers.

Every girl is different and definition of faithful is also very different for different people. If you think faithfulness is to stay with the same person all your life, then they are not faithful at all.

Most of the girls like healthy and strong men and finnish girls mostly like power in the lower half of the body then power in your arms. So be ready to demonstrate.

Good advice, well I think that I will start doing some abs right away, my belly buttom is starting to look like Homer Simpson
by the way, I think that one straight question would be how to get laid in Finland? I do not know, but some advices would be really helpful

To be honest I am sick of these "how do I get laid in Finland" or "how do I get a GF/BF in Finland" and even "how do I make friends"...If the person doesn't know how to do that yet then there is really no hope for them now, and asking on a forum won't help.

Maybe for those people who have no clue how to do it then the website I posted is probably the only answer.

for the record, joanmanuel, that's not a dig at you...it's for all the other sad no hopers.

Oh...and those girls on the site can be found anywhere...didn't you see the map???

yep you are right in almost everything you said, but I think that some of these threads are only to try to get a closer look at the way of thinking of the girls of another country, in your case Finland
for example if you come here to Perú like a foreigner or "gringos" as we usually called them, and if you start behaving like you used to behave in Europe, thinking that everybody is trustful then one of the following situations could happen to you:
1) met a nice girl, easy going, a good friend or even a good couple if you stay long enough
2) met a nice girl, you drink a few shots with her and you finnish doped in a dirty hostel if you are lucky
3) met a nice girl that is only with you for your big wallet, and at the end you finish having sex with her; maybe you feel like you are a kind of gigolo, but she is nothing more than a escort
so I think is really helpful to start asking how to interact with other persons, not every country and people in this wide world are even alike

-don't have sex, or try to have sex, with anybody who is too drunk to speak, or almost unconscious, or totally unconscious. If they are unable to say yes, they are unable to say no, and so the sex can be considered to have been against their will.

Also, it might not be such a great idea to offer a woman more to drink, when they have already gone home with you. They might just puke all over you and that will be that.

you are right, personally I find disgusting to get drunk or to get some girl drunk to get laid, at least in that case I know that the girl really wants to be with me and not that she is imagine to having sex with Brad Pitt due to a whole bottle of scotch
