Can any one you help with the exact meaning of this word: vesi training.
Trying to determine if it's aqua-robics or swimming training.
Thanks

I can't tell what "vesi training" (who thought that one up?) is, but swimming training in Finnish should include the word "uinti" in one form or another.

Sorry, didn't mean to offend. My excuse: "vesi training" sounds EXACTLY like modern marketing Finnish, which I detest, being old school and a fossil it seems.

vesitreeni sounds like aquarobics "water workout" , as swimming is uinti- uima- whatever
