Re: How to open restaurant ?

Hi. Google "myydään ravintola Helsinki (or wherever)" and you will get many sites that deal selling/buying/renting restaurants. https://www.google.com/search?sxsrf=ACYBGNRgzoLOduHe6FzMszwg204nlZb3tQ%3A1579370272277&source=hp&ei=IEcjXvbPDsyFmwWqzZ3YBQ&q=ravintola+myyd%C3%A4%C3%A4n+helsinki&oq=ravinto...

Hi.
https://heinontukku.fi/

Heino is a whole-seller you may be looking for.
You need the card to shop there.
The card can easily be obtained if you have a company, a restaurant, or such.

Hi.
Just to remind you that when you buy a car from a private person, you will not be
protected in any way by consumer ombudsman. It prone to be cheap but no protection.

Re: Shabu-shabu / hot pot?

Bacon in shabu-shabu!? :D Do you just heat it until it becomes curve? I found onion and garlic in the bigger supermarkets :) Firstly pork is used for shabu shabu and beef is for sukiyaki. We have the opposite! Fat beef tastes better fresh and half-raw, often without sauce. And very fat pork is used...

Re: Shabu-shabu / hot pot?

been trying to cook and I'm very confused. Why is there only a single brand of bacon and available in tiny bags? I thought it's popular everyday food and should be consumed half kilogram a meal! Back to topic, anyone know where to get shabu-shabu / hot-pot things? chopsticks with the "rest". Korean...

The topic was earlier, too. In the similar case when I received the bill of some 80€, I called them and
told them that I would write to Helsingin Sanomat if they did not cancel the bill. Eventually they did cancel.

Re: Salary raise + new technology(Programmer)

Hi. If you are working in a big company, you have annual "self development meeting" (kehityskeskustelu) with your boss. There you can sell yourself, convince your boss how valuable you are in the company. At the same time keep your eyes open to other job places. You take care of your salary by yours...

Re: Cold calls from magazines sellers

Hi. I have heard that answering the calls in English would make them hang up soon. As a Finnish speaker, this is what I do. As soon as I find that the caller is for selling mags etc. I tell him that my other phone is busy and I promise to call him back as soon as the other call is terminated. He hap...

Or visit one of the recycling centers (link below) and get whatever you will need at reduced prices.
After the journey you can return them all to the centers.

Re: Summer tires Turku - Helsinki 25.3

to remove with a tool the studs? It is possible but it will take a long time. And winter tires are designed for colder conditions. They work less well when it gets warmer. Hi. I have done it once (removing the studs) and it's a very heavy job. I got some of my fingers bloody. For obvious reasons, t...

Yes I mean Sato... they will fix it but I dont know how much they will ask from me to pay
Hi.
The floor was damaged by the old fridge. If I were you I would told Sato that they should repair the damage by themselves.
That's what I would insist.

Re: Risen wooden floor

Hello, we are moving away from our apartment (Sato) and they came to inspect the apartment. Everything was fine except the wooden floor in the kitchen where it was risen due to water (1 or 2 sq. meters). Does anyone know the cost to fix that? Any company who does this kind of jobs in Turku? The pro...

I would like to get some information about what kinds of things I should keep in mind if I want to leave Finland permanently (stay more than 1 year) For example: 1. What will happen to my situation in Finnish social security system? 2. I paid...
