I had similar situation long ago, switching from Nordea to Danske. Danske Bank opened an account for me and I transferred down payment amount to my newly opened account in Danske Bank. It hardly took few minutes to open a new account.

If the University renew your contract every year and provide you only 1 year contract at a time then you will most likely get B. If you current contract is valid for 2 years or more with possibility to renew further you may get A.

What basis do you use for the rights of the family? It might follow from the family oriented general European human rights, but you won't find support for it in the Aliens Act. Not sure what your worry is, you are already permanent resident of Finland and actively residing here, that means you are eligible to keep your family wherever you are, and moreover they are already here with you. its end of story here itself.
