well.. and i also asume he cant sell it anyway as its on foreclose unless the bank approves (and they will never do for 1000 euros)

In addition, if the house is sold clearly under its real value, the value between the sales amount and the real property value is considered a gift, and you need to pay gift tax. I do not know the relevant legal things, but my common sense would say that this can not apply if it sold in an auction ...

anyone knows where i can find soupkitchens and a foodbank in helsinki or vantaa (i live on the border of helsinki/vantaa)
i just moved back but dont have my old job back (yet) and dont have enough money to survive here otherwise

i have been doing research about this too.. i decided to go to lahti (Messila) cause it is closeby and easy to get there.. not sure yet tho.. as it is still a while for the hills to open. i did a season in Revelstoke, Canada last year.. so this will just be a good laugh i guess.. at least i will be ...
