I didn't mean they literally "register your address." What they register is your change of location (address) from living in Italy to living in Finland.

Perhaps it would help if your survey were in English rather than in Finnish. I believe most here do not speak Finnish. But it's your survey. So you know better.

Re: Leaving the country with JUST Permanent ID card?
On migri it says passport and RP, so no need to carry the Finnish ID card right? Just think I should leave something at home or luggage in case !"#¤% happens. In case something happens, you always have to keep copy (paper or digital or both is better) somewhere. If you are travelling, you can ...

Re: American Breakfast... Anywhere?
Lauren,
If you are suffering from severe homesickness you have two choices: go back to the U.S., or make your own biscuits: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=pl ... OXNFnaObh0
There is a third option: open your own American Breakfast Café.

Re: Second Residence Permit
I just got my second residence permit. I put the form in 3 weeks ago and got it yesterday, however they only gave me another 12 month permit despite ticking the extended permit box. When I asked about this they said it was the employment office who made the decision, not the immigration office. Tak...
