A friend apply in early April 2019. Yesterday moved to stage 2.

The city does not matter, all applications are considered in Helsinki.

My friend received citizenship today. Submitted documents on October 10, 2019.
They don't have a queue. Another friend of mine who filed in early April 2019 on the same grounds is still waiting.

My RP is going to expire in a few months. I am already fed up from this application and they are pushing me to submit a new application.
