Reporting to Migri won’t help. Make the rikosilmoitus and then the police will investigate and after they are charged with a crime, Migri will be informed automatically.

It will tell you percentages and not euro amounts. You have to do the math yourself. There’s no difference but supplemental insurance helps because the public system is slow and sometimes you have to go to a private doctor.

It is a normal legal requirement that governments require all non citizens to have a valid travel document at all times while in the country. Therefore, having an expired passport while in the country is a legal offence.
