Kaisla, a few minutes walk away from the Helsinki trainstation has some nice fish & chips.
Every case is unique. You can't measure the result of your application based on arbitrary anecdotes online.

Not that it helps the OP, but we ate here ... http://www.lobsterpot-liverpool.com ... yesterday. The missus had fish and chips... I had cheese pie, chips and mushy peas ... om nom nom
