We are a Finnish family living in Helsinki, Finland (EU). We have 3 kids: 6, 4 and 2 years old. We are looking for Au pair, who want to help us in everyday activities and to become our family member.
We are expecting that the Au Pair speaks Russian and English languages fluently.
The Au pair is a kind person, has experiences to take care of kids, active, hardworking, reliable, like sport and keep a healthy lifestyle, not lazy person.

Have you contacted any of the numerous au pair agencies? If not, why not? For any potential canditate, I'd advice against making any sort of agreements other than via an agency, unless the host family are family friends or similar.
