Prenatal Birth Classes in Espoo?

Hi all,

My wife and I are expecting our first baby in September.

I was wondering if there is some sort of organized 'birth class' seminar-type session for expecting parents? Where they teach you breathing techniques and the such? The nurse assigned to my wife mentioned something like that for later on in the pregnancy but I was wondering if the American movie version of it (big room, a bunch of lost-looking couples and a hyper-active breathing coach) is an actual thing here in Finland.
