I am moving to Finland with a 2 month old.
Since I have not paid Kela for the minimum 180 days I am uneligible for the parental allowance money.
My question is:
1. Am I still eligible for child care leave until the baby is 3 years old?
2. Am I eligible for the home child care allowance even with a 2 month old? (it usually begins after parental allowance, but I am uneligible for the parental allowance)
