Hi forum fellows,
I want to apply for my sister as asylum visa, she came here on visit for 3 months but now difficult to go back as there is religious quarrels in Pakistan in that area.
She is also sick. I want to ask for submitting her application what type of documents should i attach. I mean how to prove that that area is having problem so she would be in danger there. From Pakistan police office or from court ?

You don't need to prove anything.
If she goes to the police and asks for asylum, they will investigate.

I suppose attaching news articles that document cases of widespread violence and brutality specifically targeting women cannot hurt but DO NOT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT. I have no direct knowledge of what the Finnish asylum practices are like.

But you should need to prove that her habitual place of residence is the area in question after all (assuming the problem is localized) and you need to figure out how.

With all due respect, or lack thereof, sounds like a plan. Is Pakistan a failed state unwilling or incapable of providing its citizens with basic protection or actively pursuing to oppress them ?

Hi,

Seeking asylum on genuine fear of persecution from State or Non State persecutors in your country of origin (Pakistan) is a valid ground.

However you need to prove the "fear of persecution", violence in your area of residence would not amounts to a valid ground.

So your sister used fraudulent reason to get in and now wants to add more fraud to it.
I haven't heard any current new religious problems so its probably old and pre-existing as was health problem.
I did fast google and Noor seems islamic name, you will not have any problems with your religion.
