you guys rock!

but to explain my situation... this juli I'll be moving to finland to be with my fiancee. I'm coming from Holland btw, but I'm a bilingual english speaker and most people think I'm from Canada. Ahwell....

But to my surprise... I'm not allowed to register with Manpower?!? Because I don't speak fluent finnish... not a new story to you guys I gather... but since it is a Dutch company, I'll start kicking over here :)

I'll be coming in to check the threads often... and hopefully we can meet up in destination HEL in summer.

Frank

When and where will be the next beer event?

By the way: I recently joined this group, I have lived some time in Finland now and I came originally from the Netherlands.

This is a very useful international forum: With thanks to the founders and moderators of this group.

Kewl deal. Though I guess I am a bit late as I finally got home from work.

I'm originally from San Francisco, CALI USA, but moved here as I got a job with Nokia.

This is true. I have been told by many of our Finnish friends that I am an Imported Finn---eating malmi during easter, jumping in the ice water during the winter time after sauna...and drinking lots of beer and watching Formula's on sundays.
