Hola y bienvenidos!

- If you can prove you have been "cohabiting" for 2 years, then you can try asking for a spouse visa.

- For University you need to pass the entrance tests. It all depends what you want to study - if there is any English programs available. Polytechnic level (BA) has quite a few "in English" programs.
