It will be my first time come to Finland. I've ever been to USA before, when first entering USA, you've to sign some forms like I-20 in the airport.
Can I ask, what are anything else needed for entering? Would a passport and RP be okay?

Yes, passport and residence permit is enough. present them both at the same time. They may ask a simple question or two but maybe not. Very straightforward and quick, quite opposite of USA.
If you're coming here as a student, make sure you have your university acceptance papers with you. If you're coming for work, make sure you have a copy of the employment contract ready.
Every case is unique. You can't measure the result of your application based on arbitrary anecdotes online.
