If the car is European spec otherwise, only headlights need to be changed to LHD ones, so that they point the right way (i.e. not in the face of incoming traffic). If you're not planning to eventually take the car back to UK (or use it yourself until scrapped), I wouldn't bother, there's little market for RHD cars in Finland, pretty much only Japanese car enthusiasts drive them.

AFAIK there's no "handedness" in tail lights (they're not directional), European spec is European spec, i.e. should be ok in Finland by default. Ask trafi.fi to be sure https://www.trafi.fi/en/road/buying_and ... _a_vehicle .
