The processing time for Researcher in University should be very fast. My previous PR of researcher just took about 1 month to get the permit.

However, last year I changed the job for a company. I submitted the application for employed person in February 2018, yes last February!!! So I have already waited for more than ONE YEAR, but it's still 'waiting'.

Have any friends also waited for so long time? Is it helpful to contact Migri for a fast processing?

Is that as a specialist?? Not fast processing but one year seems far too long.

I was suggested to ask for new estimate in email ( https://migri.fi/en/expected-processing ... at-affects ) after unexpected delay, and yes it worked in my case - they changed the status to In Progress.

Thank you so much! Yes it's too long time to wait and many things are interrupted without RP.
It's a great idea to contact Migri!
Best lucky to you!
