Hello, I moved from USA to Finland October 13th and got married to my Finnish wife. We had planned on doing this the other way around but plans changed suddenly and drastically so I ended up moving here instead after we found out that we could be married and apply for the residence permit at the same time. So we've done that much, married on tourist visa and then applied for the residence permit. Now for the wait. Worries springing up from time to time about various things such as minor criminal record about misdemeanor marijuana charges, and bad credit from a student loan thats defaulting. Any information about these worries either way would be appreciated. Do I need to worry about my misdemeanor pot charges? And will my defaulted/soon-to-be defaulted student loan present any troubles/difficulties in them deciding whether or not to accept my permit request
