Processing time for a researchers RP

Hi,wondering if any researcher has had a similar experience as mine. I applied for the RP on 3.29.19, visited the embassy on 4.17.19 and my status has been on eating ever since, it does not even acknowledge the fact that I have already identified myself. My research was supposed to start in June and its really lagged behind. Who has had a similar experience nd how long did it take to get a decision.

I have applied for Researcher visa on enter Finland. Visited application center on 20/06/2019 and received positive decision today on 31/07/2019.
