PARTIAL DECISION

Dear friends , ELY Office asked my Uncle to provide the Supplementary documents 18th of March 2020, and he was told that due date is 1st of April 2020. He sent the documents 30th of March 2020, but to our surprise .The ELY office was made Partial Decision the same day 30th of March 2020 after the supplementary documents were submitted. we have been disturbing about the ELY partial decision because based on what we read here in this forum that after submission of supplementary documents it will take almost a month before the partial decision will be made but why so earlier like this but still confusing if decision from ELY OFFICE is going to be POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE.
please anyone with a good idea.

For the entrepreneur residence permit 70% of decisions are negative, negative decisions can be fast when it is obvious at first sight.
What kind of business did your uncle want to move/open in Finland?

The nature of the business is Salon, hairdressing/ Barber shop

Why don’t you just send an email to them and ask what was the partial decision. Worst they can say is that they can’t tell you.
