You can change your family resident permit to work based resident permit. Find an employer who is willing to provide you with a work contract and apply for a resident permit based on employment before your divorce is finalized.

can i loose my RP after divorce
yes
Can migri connect with me after divorce automatically?or can i need to infrom migri?
You don't need to inform Migri. But they can cancel your RP at any time after your divorce is final.
second thing is i have full time work.can i apply for my RP on work before divorce is complete or i need for divorce finish and migri connect with me then i apply for Rp.
If you have full-time work, you can change the RP immediately. No need to wait for the divorce to come through. But make sure the work contract fulfils the RP demands. (high enough salary).

The amount of salary is not a problem in a proper full-time employment, anything below the Migri requirement would usually be illegal.

The working hours have to be guaranteed (Migri only cares about the guaranteed salary), and the employment should be permanent.

As others said, if you have full time work then apply for permit based on employment. Do it as soon as possible. Have all papers and salary slips ready.

and next time, never apply for permit based on marriage. That goes for all of new arrivals out there

With a high salary it's likely the job qualifies for a specialist permit. Otherwise, there's the labor market evaluation and it's not certain it will be positive. A marriage based permit has no restrictions on the field of work so it might be the situation that the contract is for a field for which job based permits are not available. It's possible to get an advance ruling for free to find out if this is the case:

"The employer may request free advance ruling on the prerequisites for granting a residence permit for an employed person (TTOL). An advance ruling can be requested by submitting the TEM054 form and selecting the section "Application for advance ruling". The TE Office must provide the advance ruling without delay. The TE Office must comply with the advance ruling for the time period stated in the advance ruling if requested by the employer."
